About Dr Johnston
Dr. Johnston completed five years of medical training at the New York College of Osteopathic Medicine on Long Island, where he was the proud recipient of an undergraduate teaching fellowship in Osteopathic Principles and Practice. He went on to complete a medical internship at Good Samaritan Hospital, then continued his residency at St. Barnabas Hospital in the Bronx, which is one of the best training programs in the United States for osteopathic physicians.
Dr. Johnston participated in extensive training in hands-on osteopathic treatment for all ages, from infants to seniors. He studied with James Jealous, DO, learning Dr.Jealous’ biodynamic approach to osteopathy, which laid the foundation for cranial osteopathy.
When Dr. Johnston isn’t providing compassionate care to his patients, he spends time with his wife and three wonderful children. He also devotes time to educating the community on nutrition and osteopathy through speaking engagements and writing informative articles.
